If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sit! Up Safe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We proudly ship across Ireland, the EU, and selected international destinations. Please note:

  • Customs & Duties: For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • Shipping Times: While we aim to dispatch promptly, international delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Our product is tested to BSEN 1993-1 standards. If you’re purchasing outside the EU, please ensure local compliance requirements are met before use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. For customers within the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring claims under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
